From planning and analysis to facilitation of implementation, Merge Business Development Systems, Inc. offers a variety of customized consulting services for, businesses, communities and development organizations.

Upon request, our staff develops and submits proposals to conduct specific community and economic development related projects. Proposals are based on initial discussions with the community or organization, the demonstrated need for services, and the ability of Merge BDS Inc and its associates to provide the scope of services requested.

Planning Services -- Incubator Without Walls

Merge BDS Inc provides planning services to local governments, economic development organizations, chambers of commerce, and other community organizations. We work in partnership with communities to create strategic plans and with local planning departments or consultants to develop an economic development component or comprehensive plans. Merge BDS Inc also offers a variety of other customized planning and development services.

Capacity building allows the foundational structure of an organization to be made stronger so that its program can better address the social service needs in its community. Strategic collaborations are built between organizations that share similar missions. One of the goals of Merge BDS Inc projects is to help organizations acquire the fundamentals for successful public and private funding.

SBA Collaborations

Merge BDS Inc is a technical assistance provider for the SBA Community Express Loan Program enabling broader reach and access to capital for small, women, minority and veteran owned business who may need working capital even in amounts of $50,000 or less.

Merge BDS Inc also participates in the SBA Patriot Express Pilot Loan Initiative for veterans and members of the military community wanting to establish or expand small businesses.
